Hi there!
My name is Chelsea and I'm a postpartum doula in Chattanooga, TN. I'm excited to light the way as you transition from pregnancy into this season with a sweet new baby. As a mom of 3, I know firsthand that the postpartum period isn't always a smooth ride. It can be difficult to figure out how to sleep while also meeting your baby's needs, who will cook the meals and wash the dishes, when you will deal with those piles of laundry, and what to do with older siblings as they navigate this emotional time, often needing more attention than normal.
A doula since 2023, I have a heart for serving the whole family in their birth and postpartum season. I attended around 20 births the past couple of years and have served a handful of families with newborns. I now focus exclusively on providing exceptional postpartum care in the Chattanooga area. My Story
In my own journey to motherhood, I was privileged to receive incredible support each time from my birth team and family. I was empowered to make the choices that were right for me, which mattered a lot as someone who is interested in holistic methods. Birth and postpartum were no exception. In a time that could have been a lot more challenging had I not had the right support, I was incredibly grateful that I could trust these women who had walked the path of childbirth and recovery before I did. They encouraged me, recommended natural remedies and breastfeeding tips, and acted as a witness to my strength as I processed my birth story.

To walk with my clients through this transformative time in their lives is the most rewarding work I have ever done. I never forget each family I serve, and it is my passion and calling to empower mothers as they nurture their new babies and find a new version of themselves- one who is capable of so much more than they realize.
